Last Sunday we were constructing 1st floor roof it was worst ever experience I had with labors ever since we started our construction. It was the day I suppose to be happy but it turned as a disappointing day for me. The workers were trying to get the money as much as possible without doing proper work.
When I said, I don’t have extra money they were ready to stop the further work. When I asked about this to our construction supervisor , he was simply saying whatever money they are asking give it to them otherwise work won’t finish. I didn’t expect this word from him finally, me and appu shouted at them for asking extra money. The reply was, if you want to finish your construction you need to bare these things. It was simply blackmailing we didn’t have any other choice. Moreover, we had prepared the lunch for all of them but only few people had the lunch.Others were denied to have the lunch and asked for money instead. Till today, we have been giving labor without any pending; at times we gave the advance whenever they need. First time when we said, we don’t have extra money they were simply ready to stop the work. Finally, we had given the extra money what they asked for continuing their work.
