My life with people of Mphasis

This is the place that I have worked with so many wonderful people. I just want to have a personal thought about each and every one whom I closely associated with Mphasis . While writing this I could not concentrate on Grammar. So, please bear with my English.

These are the people whom I had interactions. I might have missed to write about some people but when it comes to my mind I will write about them.

Shiva subbarayan

The stint what I had with him was very short but the impact was great. He is the one who valued me and gave me the confident. He is a person who is best friend for me in ISL. He is so talented, Always thinks differently, assertive, lively, wholehearted, friendly, great communication skills ,always have good thought’s and so much of belief, in spite of having so much of talent he was so humble . The suggestions and guidance what he has given in that short period was so helpful. He is the only person I am inspired and aspired so much. He is one of the person who gave the gift and made me emotional when he left.

He is the person difficult to understand by others. But, if you understand him the experience and knowledge you will get will be tremendous. Easily he can read the people and situation. There is a lot to learn from him. He is the one who understands me than anyone else. someone who doesn’t have any capability he will make him a better person, but you need to trust him. He is a strategic person has great communication skills, knowledge, presence of mind, great command, handle any situation and supportive. Also, knows how to get the work done from others. He had a trust and patience with me for my ability which made me a better person. Moreover, he is one of the person who introduced me to his parents. I have high regards form him.

He is the person given the chance to work with ISL Desktop team. There was the time I openly accepted couldn’t able the task. But, he is the one motivated me and gave the confidence. Certain times he credited for my work but when it really matters I got disappointed. But still, He is very diplomatic person, knows very well how to handle the situation than compare to people.He was nice person for me and I had so much of trust in him until the moment when I had my last discussion.

He is the one who recognized me for my efforts and gave the credit. Being the person only stayed six months. He had a great reputation about me. Whenever I had talked with him he shares his experience about him and asked me to do the same. He is a nice guy. There was a time he made me to embarrass in front of the ISL people which hurt me most. But still, he is the man on his words who did what he said.

She is another senior person whom I have great respect. She is exceptional because I never seen any leader talk to me the way it has to be and acted upon that. She is very professional, has great communication, cool and composed. The great thing about her is, In spite of having all these she is so humble. She is the person who transformed as a Good Leader. Being my last team lead, she was so supportive, encouraging and provided valuable suggestions for me.

He is the person who had the patience and allowed me to work freely. He never forced me to do anything. Especially, initial times I was so uncomfortable and felt bad about myself for not able to do well. But, he made me to realize I am better than what I am and gave the time to understand the things. I didn’t get much chance to interact with Ajay until a few months before he left. He is a person whom valued me so much. He is friendly, lively, open, talkative, naive and knows how to build the relationship. He is the person shared all his views about me and himself. When I compare him from the time what I saw, he transformed from one level to another level. Best thing about Ajay is very open.

He is another senior guy who was part of my team. When he was started sitting next to me only I was able to interact with him much more. He is a pleasant guy, talented, planned, focused and helpful to others; He always helped me, shares his views and provides valuable suggestions whenever I needed. He is one of the nice guy who I have seen in ISL.

Though, being a senior guy i didn't have much interactions to know more about him.But, He is another person who is very nice with me. Still i remember the LDAP session which he presented for ISL team which made him a popular person with senior management. When i have completed my M.B.A he came to know by others and called me and had a discussion around 45 minutes. He was sharing all his experience and gave the suggestions for me to be a successful Manager. He is another nice person.

He is the first person whom I have met on get together party before joined with Mphasis. Being a person comes from richest family he never behaved such a way :) He is simple, liberal, friendly, intellectual, talkative and cheerful person who can make anyone glad. I never saw anyone like him to talk about any subject with that much deep knowledge. He is one of the person who anyone wants to hangout. There have been occasions he made me angry but still he is the person whom I like very much for his humorous.

He is another guy who I met in get together party before joined with Mphasis. After joining with Mphasis till he left he is very close to me. Few occasions he gave some wrong information to me about himself but after few months he told the truth. He is daring person does dangerous things but still nice and friendly.

She is the first girl have met in get together party before joined with Mphasis. From the day I joined to till now she is the only one knows me very well then anybody else. She is a Girl who is a best friend for me, in-spite of that when she met in accident i didn't get the chance to see her in hospital. Still, I regret it. She is the one of the person who helped me for my first presentation with ISL. The cube decoration which she won the first prize it was brilliant. Several occasions whenever I needed she helped me. She is simple, affable, clever, precise communication, and compassionate. She is a good listener has quick grasping power. she is always very responsive and helpful for me even if i make her angry. she knows how to get the work done from others and hope she will become a Manager soon.

He is the person who joined with me on same day. From the day to till left he is a very good friend for me. He is simple, organized; straight forward, jovial, uncluttered, and firm on his decisions also never shows his weakness to others. He is the one who made me to mingle with other people and guided me to be comfortable on certain situations.Still, i remember his
"pulikesi " and dance performance in ISL outing, it was outstanding. He is a very balanced person on his personal and official life. He is a near to a perfect person who has most of the good qualities. Moreover, he is one of the people who introduced me to his parents.

He is the first person to get introduced when i am joined with Mphasis. He is one of the talented guy have seen in my life. He is a sensational talent, think differently, tech savvy, professional, confident and knows how to sell himself. The initial stage, he was the one who encouraged and motivated me for my betterment. He is the one who initiated the help to present the session in ISL along with others. Also, included me a member of ITIL internal training along with others. At times, his attitude made me angry so I stopped responding him but still he was trying to help when it is needed. He was a very good friend until he left. He was the one who made ISL outing successful.

Next to senthil he is the one who got introduced to me. He is smart and handsome guy. He is so talented, hard worker, keen on learning and face challenges. He has good accent. Though, I might have seemed closely with rathinakumar shiva and bala. Actually, he is the one very close to me till he left from the organization. He shares his view about everyone especially with whom I am close to be.

He is another one who got introduced on my first day. He is hard worker, daring but unpredictable. For his efforts, in the short duration he transformed himself from one level to another level. There is lot to learn from him. He was very nice with me and shared all his good and bad experiences. Being comes from very low background it was really an achievement for him.

I think am the only person close to Raghu in ISL. He is the one who has taught to me how a person should not be in the corporate.

Very cool guy, never get angry (that’s what he thinks himself :) He is stylish has good accent (I mean it) He always believes himself he is correct (He is so sure on that). He will keep the secrets whatever you are telling to him :)He is the person has so much of confidence on his ability, easy going, lively, generous, youthful and jubilant. He is always positive never seen him talk any negative things. He is the only person, I use to discuss lot about his family. There have been occasions we both got angry against each other but still he was so friendly. Next to Prabhu he is another guy whom I wanted to hangout with.

He is another one whom I like very much. From the day he joined, He is one of the Good Friends I found in ISL. My lunch partner. He is a handsome guy and very professional, punctual, and follow the ethics. I don’t think any other team member who is so professional than Daniel. He always value for my suggestions. He is my movie sharing partner. From the time he joined to till now, he always asks for somewhere to go out. I didn’t get the chance to go out with him. I regret for it. Moreover, he is one of the people who introduced me to his parents.

Till she left, along with shivasubbarayan i use to have lunch with her . She is an impressive girl, talkative, contemporary, smart, has great communication, straight forward and so matured. She is a Good friend for me. I never saw some one talk that much fasted then her. Whenever sivasubbarayan and Elizabeth talks they always talk and think different, most of the time they discuss about the problem than people. She is another person who is so supportive and helpful till she left from here. Though, i attended her engagement missed to attend her marriage.

She is a girl from orthodox family but never seems like that. She is talented, face challenges, ready to explore new things. Being a married girl it is very difficult to manage professional and personal life but still, she is able to manage both. She is Good friend for me. She always shares his experience and provides the valuable suggestions for me. She is another person whom wanted me to be come good in life. She was so helpful for my house ceremony to find the prohidhar and providing suggestions. In spite of that I couldn’t invite her for that function. I regret it. Moreover, she is one of the people whom introduced me with their parents.

He is another good guy in ISL. He is a hard worker, technically sound, helpful, adjustable, generous, cool and composed. He is a Good friend. I don’t think any other person who has so much of technical knowledge then him. From the day what I have seen him as a person to till now he has transformed himself a lot. He is the person who values family, friends and colleagues. He is so valuable person for any organization and his family. He is the only person who came to my house.

He is very simple, friendly and pleasant. The greatest thing about him is whether the person is good or bad he never talked about anyone. At times he teases you like anything but if you stop responding he comes back and speak with you. He is the one who shared all his personal things after he left I stopped interacting more. Good guy with attitude.

He is another nice guy cool and composed. Though, I didn’t get much chance to interact with him on initial period. After came into desktop team got the chance to work with him.

He is balanced person, if you understand him well he is so flexible. He is another one who transformed from what I have seen. I did get the chance to attend his son’s birthday. He has wonderful parents, brothers and family. I like the way he enjoys his professional and family life. He shares his views about anything which he can get any idea.

She is sincere, pleasant, cheerful, hard worker, focused, responsible, good communication and has multiple talents. Like me, she comes from different background and experience In spite of that she is exceptional. She is another one whom transformed from what I have seen. In spite of not getting the credit what she deserved, she is the only person who is working like what I have seen on first time. Initially, I use to interact more with her to share about the problems but later I didn’t have much interaction. She has given best dance performance in ISL outing. She is an asset for any organization and family. Moreover, she is the first person whom I got the chance to meet her parents.

He is another person whom I have learned a lot. He is friendly, talented, simple and playful. When I was in server management he was so supportive and helpful. He seems to be adolescent but he is matured and analyzes the things in different way. He was open with me and shared all his views about others. He knows how to enjoy the life. Being a person comes from low background he achieved a lot in life. Till he left he is another person whom I wanted to hangout for any suggestion and communication.

I didn’t get much chance to interact more with Sridhar. But, he is another guy who is very cheerful and helpful. Often, I use to interact more with him while playing Table Tennis.
He is another one who has shared his experiences and gives idea regarding financial matters. Hopefully, I will be associated with him in my new company.

He was supposed to be my first leader but, I didn’t get the chance to work under him. But still, when I took the “Group Policy” session he is the first one who came to me and appreciated for the session and shared his personal thought about me to be successful. He is humble guy.
