Joined Yoga Class (04-08-2008)
After that incident i didn't compromise myself for my behaviour. On Monday, i got up early then went to kalainar park for walking to relax myself. There i saw there was a YOGA training inside the park also they kept the board saying it is free training daily at 6 to 7 am. I have been planning to go for YOGA class for quite sometime. fortunately i got the chance to learn yoga freely near to my house,so, i joined myself in that training and started practicing yoga. In that They thought 7 important Excersices,Pranayams and Asanams and their benefits to the human body. It was really good for me because sometimes i tend to get nervous, some situations, i may not perform well where i shoud have been performed well. also it increases our concentration power and makes you active throughout the day. After i went for the training, i informed to my friends and brothers to join that training, like me, they also joined into the training now we all are going for that Yoga Class daily. I feel, really benefited from the Yoga. Also, would like to thank you Trustee Divya Yog Mandir for giving the yoga training to welfare of the people.
