Shivasubbarayan (Real Talent)

Today i had a different day. as usual morning i went to office at 9.45 am. after completing LAB assignment work. myself and others have gone for lunch. after the lunch as usual myself, elizabeth and shivasubbarayan had a walk through our campus. after few minutes of walk we decided to sit on the pavement, there elizabeth and shiva had started the conversation about how the ISL should be utilised and how its people should be managed. i was simply sitting with them and watching their conversation. the way both of them talked i was amazed about their thinking process. within them i saw their boldness,frankness and thought process. i learned how to think and how you should be. after finished our conversation, we went into office then myself and shiva were talking about something. meantime at 4.00 o clock we went into the SCCM OSD training. there yogesh and srinivasan started to give the OSD presentation. meanwhile shiva started with the questions why is the training, what is expected from us and what we are going to deliver after this training. yogesh simply replied that, he doesn't know its management decision; they only asked us to take the training" then they continued the session again shivasubbarayan interupted and asked them to give the proper training since it wasn't organised he asked them to learn,organize and present the session. yokesh said, since its not our core area i don't know how to get the KT from US counterparts anyway you are going to be in this team for future you can ask all those things from them he said. then shiva blasted yokesh by asking bunch of questions and asserted him by saying you are failed in your work lets accept it. i could saw the yogesh's face, i am sure, he never would have faced this kind of response or situation from anyone in all of his life. by watching all this i amazed. i could saw real character from shivasubbarayan, what a wonderful person he is, i never seen such a talent from anyone i was amazed, how he would have got or built all of his skills especially in such a young age. the way he talks, he should have been in leader kind of position. it was my pleasure to be around with him for past one and half months.i learned lot from him. i feel when i joined itself if i had the chance to work with him, i would have learned lot from him. i am gonna miss him in another 20 days. he is one of the best i ever met in my life.

Meanwhile i got the call from vinoth he said, in his company they are going to degrade his position for his mistake. then i felt very sorry for him i didn't know what to tell to him. yesterday only his GM had praised him for his performance and said would give more hike. unfortunately, coz of someone's recklessness he is in this situation. he has given all his effort for his company to grow, now they are concern about his salary hike so they fabricated the story to reduce the hike. what a kind of company it is. its worst than i ever expected. already my mother is concerned about his future, if she hear this she would worry. i don't know why all these things are happening to my family. whenever something good comes in our family something bad happens.
