Today Shiva's Farewell, so yesterday our desktop team members have decided to give a small gift for him and they requested me to buy the gift. so i accepted the responsibility of buying the gift. then morning i went to the Hikkim Botham book shop and bought the book named "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" along with one small penstand. around at 11 : 30 i reached the office. after few minutes of work i had some sweets which was kept by shiva to give all ISL team members.
after sometime vinayak asked us, whether we could have lunch at some hotel. than myself,shivasubbarayan,vinayak and srini have gone to hotel "Kumaragam" which is near to DLF building. there we had a lunch and we presented the gift to shiva and wished him all success for his new job. after the lunch shiva went to finish his releiving formalties then he said bye to everyone in the ISL team. when he came to me, i was so embraced and was crying literally. I gave small remembrance for him. for me his last advice was "BE CONFIDENT" then after few minutes he left from there and i was really embraced and thinking i am going to miss him.

He is generous,smart and courteous. more than that he has extrodinary talent. if any person had these qualities, he woudn't be like him.It was my pleasure to be around with him atleast for this short period. though the period was short, i learned lot from him, every day what i spent with him was a learning for me. he has the potiantial to become a leader, and i hope sooner it will happen. also ISL is not at all a good place for his talent. . He is perfect examble of how the man should be, i will never forget him till my life. again I would like to wish him all success for his new job assignment, and for his future endeavours. This is one my days which i can't forget.
