Promoted as a "Team Leader" (27-12-2010)

After completing almost 3 ½ years in MphasiS, I have been promoted as a “Team Leader” and my level has been changed from 4 to 5. I knew, will get a promotion but didn’t expect that will get “Team Leader” position. It was unexpected , all of the sudden all the things are happening for me. Recently, I have been given salary hike and now I have got the promotion with hike. Though, the credit is not been given when I was expecting at least it came in the right time. I feel, It is a good sign. Because, in my last company as soon as I got the promotion have got better offer and had to resign from that company. So, I am hoping for the best and hope GOD is always with me. I would like to thank for those who recognized me for this promotion.
