Satyam interview
Today i have attended the interview with SATYAM. Yesterday around at 5 O clock i got a call from the consultant for SATYAM.Though i was not keen for change because of the company name i have accepted to attend the interview. Also i wanted to know how proficient i am in SCCM. The interview was scheduled at 11:30 O clock at near arivalayam. I prepared myself for the interview by reading SMS and SCCM related technical documents and started from my home at around 10:45. as scheduled, I went inside Satyam Campus and waited for few minutes to attend the 1st round interview. After few minutes i have attended interview with one lady.It went for more than a hour in that i have managed to answer for all the SCCM related questions asked by that lady. after the first round of interview i had one more interview with one more lady, in that also i have managed to answer the questions asked by her. then, i had 3rd round with HR named Srinivasan. In that, after some formal questions, he said, i am selected for the job and asked me to tell the expected CTC then i asked them 200 % hike from the current package. he told, it was not possible but anyway try to give the market standard. after then he asked to meet the Area Manager, around at 5 o clock i met him and he was asked about my education and insisted to write about my reporting manager. i did the same and then i met the HR person. After all this HR told me, i have to prepare my educational and experience certificates and make ready to submit when its asked to submit. then around at 5.30 i came out of satyam with joy. i didn't bother to get the job in satyam, to tesk my knowledge only i have attended that interview. really, it was a good experience to validate myself and to know about my weakness.
